I ordered 4oz of each of the exp's would love some input on what recipes other people are using them in. Just got them in the the mail today, it's like Christmas.

Brewing a batch of BierMuncher's Centennial Blonde on Monday. I plan to use the exp 1210 to replace the cascade in the recipe. Hopefully it turns out good

I found a place here at the Jersey Shore that carries it. I picked up a few bottle for the family to try over the holidays. I have had it, I like it super smoked bacon smell to it. Not something you could drink multiple bottles of but it was a decent beer.

Also I have read that for the Red wine I should try to get the temp up to the high 70 or low 80's. Any ideas how I can accomplish that in a basement where the ambient temp is about 60 year round.
