    my first batch dark ale from coopers

    this is a pic i took at bottling. i tried a taste and it wasn't bad i was kinda impressed for being flat. next on the list is coopers IPA.

    first batch of wine with my new kit

    alright for my first go at this with a kit i am making a grape blueberry pomegranate wine. also just for info i believe 3 cups of corn sugar to be about 1 LBS 2 Gal of grape juice 2 qts blueberry pomegranate juice i couldn't find and wine yeast so i just went with mutons not for sure...
