hey yall.. i have made 6 all grain brews and 20+ extract...the last 3 out of 4 all grain have been really yeasty finish...whats my problem... if i leave it for a month or so at 39F it gets 70% better, but ive never had this problem before.....

i mantain a glassblowing studio, this is the unit i use for my kilns, i run it at 1050-1300 f, never had a problem, i love it!!! when i build my next kiln, or keezer im going to use it again, its easy to run and program
