    Hey fosaisu! Thanks! Here's your answers: You could fit either 2 kegs and CO2 tank or 3 kegs and no tank. The taps I think have 5 1/8" shanks, should be more than enough. Door on freezer was already gone, the shanks are well below the freezer level and everything fits nicely. Hope this helps...

    havent had a problem with it yet, i have it turned down to the warmest setting to keep the temp around 38-40, but even with beer lines resting on the cooling unit they dont freeze up.

    How many gallons of EdWort's Apfelwein have been made?

    Brewed.... err mixed 5 gallons a month ago per eds recipe. Did another batch tonight using 2 teaspoons cinnamon and cuvee instead of montrachet. 5+5+18570= 18580

    dont have the equipment or the know how. should i order some nutrient and another packet of yeast?

    grrrrr, ok i pitched a packet of EC-1118 about a week later, starting bubbling like crazy for like 4 or 5 days. so now almost 3 weeks later checked my gravity.. 1.018! i havent seen a bubble for 2 weeks. is this mead gonna finish or do i need to repitch... again? thanks guys.

    scored this old westinghouse fridge on craigslist. painted it, drilled it, and tapped it. :rockin: no more bottling baby!

    here she is guys! plugged in and tapped! a spiced holiday porter conditioning inside, should be ready for christmas! :tank: paint didn't come out exactly perfect but i am happy with it. cheers!

    wow thanks for posting those guys. those fridges are awesome! i got mine in the house and mounted the taps. also threw the kegs and the co2 tank in. they fit perfectly, almost room for a 3rd keg! will post pics once i get her up and running! :ban: keep posting vintage fridge pics guys, i dig em...

    no i meant what i said. its tree top apple cider 100% juice. ingredients: apple cider from concentrate. no sorbate or anything else. its already bubbling nicely.:rockin:

    Man, I love Apfelwein

    just brewed my first batch! scored 5 gallons of tree top 100% apple cider for $15. by far the easiest homebrew i have made. mix, shake, pour, done! definitly gonna do more of this and less brewing... well a little less. cheers to edwort!:mug:
