    New to wine making need some advice.

    We actually pulled off a damn good mead but everything else tastes like water with no alcohol in it. I love jack kellers site too thats where I started from but some of it just get jumbled up on me cause you have to read alot in order to understand how he operates. Thanks for the help guys

    We are actually doing fruit based wines. Pretty much everything but grapes. Is there that much of a difference in between the to processes?

    Is there a thread on here that gives almost a step by step listing of how to make wine? With the exception of 1 batch all my wine just sucks. We have amazing ideas for good flavors of wine but we cant seem to get the ideas off the paper. We have all the necessary equipment minus the hydrometer...

    Im unsure of the rules on posting links to other sites here but I know of a good site but all the recipes are in 1 gallon batches but the math is easy. Used a mead recipe from it and it was really good. PM me if you want the site or if its ok to post I will post it here too.

    adding a creamy flavor to wine?

    I was thinking about making a raspberry cream flavored wine but Im new and was wondering if you could add lactose to wine. I think thats what they use to make cream stout beer. Will it give wine a creamy texture and flavor. Thanks ahead.

    I just started my first batch of wine this week and someone mentioned champagne. so after alittle research i found out that its just naturally carbonated wine. i was just wondering if you could make 1 or 2 bottles of champagne out of the batch of wine. or does it take a special yeast.
