    Failed raspberry wheat... turn into sour?

    So I brewed a wheat and messed up big time. Read a 3 gallon recipe and applied it to 5.     EMERGENCY!! Please help asap!!

    Should I bottle this? Does it seem infected? the gravity is 1.020 and it tastes and smells fine. its a milk stout so maybe its lactose. its about 40-50 bottles worth and i dont want to waste my time if its infected. Please respond!!

    Looking for a high alcohol winter for next year... suggestions??

    So I brewed a Winter for this year that was 7.8% alcohol. it was delicious. i am letting it sit as long as possible (everyone wants to try it!!) so now i am looking for something with an ABV around 15-20% or even higher to brew this month and let sit for a year. any suggestions???

    Christmas Spice... Needs more spice...Thoughts?
