    I'm not too familiar with any recipes for sour mashes, and even less so because we do partial mash, not all grain. I really like New Belgium's La Folie, but I know that is cask conditioned. Do brew stores have all these bacteria and yeast strains to add to the wort? If anyone has a good...

    I've been researching doing my first sour, I was wondering if you had success with this method, and if so, how long were your primary and secondary fermentations?
