I live right up ye street. There is a a LHBS on Park Ave. called Blackstone Valley. I went there once when he was supposed to be open, but he wasn't. Now I shop at Brewmasters.com or Beer-wine in Walpole. I don't like going to a place that is supposed to be open and isn't. tight schedule

Since I shorted the DME by 1/10th, can I store it in the fridge and add the correct amount of DME next time or is it too late to revive? Now I know why I posted this in the beginners forum and not the yeast forum.

No unfortunately that wasn't a typo, my math sucks. And thanks for bringing that to my attention. I think this time I'll use dry yeast. Lesson learned.
