My beer turned out like $*** it has than butterscotch taste, it didn't have that taste before it was bottled. So I think I got to much oxygen in at bottleing time. So I won't be sharing it any time soon but ill try some one elses : -)

I have read How to Brew by John Palmer and The Joy of Home Brewing by Charles Papazian. The Palmer book was much better IMHO. Also, Stop moving your fermenter to so many places. You want to minimize the fluctuation in temp. Put it in your basement and leave it there.

try ebay.. you may pay a little more for it, but I got my 4 pack of patriots brew's from there a few years ago, paid $27 for a 4 pack of once of a life time beer experience
