Hey All, I have the 2V SS Brewtech electric boil kettle and HLT. When I put water in my two kettles one probe read one temp and the other 7 degrees difference. I cannot find how to calibrate the system anywhere. Does anyone know how to calibrate the temp settings? Thanks!
