    Let's see, I got my co2 bottle filled, replaced beer lines, cleaned some kegs and kegged my pale ale. Productive beer day!

    first batch in my fermentation cabinet

    Yeah, it's insulating the temp probe. It is a 3.7 cf fridge. I put a shelf on the compressor hump, bent down the freezer shelf and it's just big enough for a bucket.

    I really did not like that beer. Another one I would add is Sea Dog blueberry.

    I don't have a spigot on the bucket. I don't think you have to open the door to vent but I like to look in on it anyway.

    I am currently participating in my first group buy and am now considering how to store my grain when I get it. My question is, can you store vacuum sealed grain in the fridge? I've read its not a good idea because of moisture in the fridge but if it's vacuum sealed moisture can't get in...
