    Something about my IPA

    Ok so i brewed my IPA (true brew which isn't a true IPA but more of a brown ale) for 1 week in primary, 2 weeks in secondary and 1 week in bottles. So i am very inpatient and i drank 12 of them with a friend warm and they where good nice carbonation, head, etc. so i put the rest in the fridge...

    What to do to spice this beer up?

    Ok this is what i have: 3.3 lb Muntons Hopped Amber LME 2 lb Muntons Light DME 1 Ounce U.K. First Gold Hop Pellets 6 grams Muntons Active yeast Now i can straight brew and get an Amber ale or i can spice it up and thats what i want to do. The problem is i am strapped for cash this month...

    Ok so i forgot to take my Original meter reading and my last hydrometer read before secondary was at 10.10 now if i am correct that is between 4.3 5.3 area, I have no bubbling in my airlock and i don't mind a cloudy beer so im gonna let it go in secondary for 1 more week and move to bottling ...
