    Fruit juice ratio.

    Hey everyone! I haven't posted on here for a long time. I'd like a little advice though. I brew on the cheap, I buy tesco value fruit juices @ £0.55/liter ($1.10) and mix them with sugar and water then ferment them, what I'd like to know though, how much water should I add to the fruit juice...

    Ginger booze kit!

    The pack said to disolve 1kg of sugar in to 20 litres of water. and it would create a ginger beer that was 3.5% alcohol by volume. This seemed a bit weak to me so I added 1.7kg or sugar. This will be alright, right? The pack says the process will take 6 days to complete, will it take longer...

    Hobo wine.

    I've just put: 10 litres of pure fruit juice 4 kilograms of sugar 125 grams of yeast in a bleached out bin. Is there any reason why this wouldnt work?
