I did a 120 min IPA and am thinking of icing it to bump up the ABV. 1) what is the best temperature to chill to to get water to freeze and not alcohol? 2) Do you collect the ice to concetrate wort? If so how do you get the ice out of a 6 1/2 gallon glass carboy? Thanks
