Would racking it on top of fruit raise the abv because the sugar in the fruit? What about racking it onto some fruit and some dissolved DME so I can get more fruit flavor and some body to the beer. Along with some higher abv hopefully.

The SWMBO and I just got back from a trip to Colorado and I found out how many micro brewerys they had. It was awesome! I ended up going through a tour of Boulder Beer Brewing and a tour of Coors light in Golden Colorado. It was pretty cool seeing the different levels of brewing.
