    Where Can I Find GF Ingredients

    Just got the news that I'm making the switch to GF beer, as my wife has been diagnosed with intolerance to glutens. I've been looking through the threads, and the internet, but havent found a 'one stop source' for ingredients. Any Help out there would be appreciated!

    when to flip from primary to secondary ??

    have read that you should switch to secondary AFTER the fermentation finishes in the primary (week or so). Also have read that you should switch to secondary BEFORE the fermentation ends in primary......which camp is right, or mo better ???:ban::ban:

    Forgot the Corn Sugar in Boil-Christmas Ale Kit

    Thought i was doing a fine job of putting together the kit. Had a 1 pound bag of Corn Sugar that didnt make it into the main boil. Didnt realize it until after i was cooling down the wort. The OG was less than was supposed to be, about 1.045 instead of expected 1.065. Supposing i'll still...

    Cloudy white film on top of secondary

    fourth 'kit' brew. pumpkin ale. put into secondary glass carboy week and a half ago, left town, and when came back, theres a cloudy white/gray film on the top of the brew. any help ??

    Restarted fermentation!!??

    In an extract beer, we had a primary fermentation in a 5 gallon pail. After a week, we transfered it to a carboy for secondary fermentation. At the transfer, fermentation was stopped. It was left alone for over 2 weeks in the carboy, and I just checked it. There was foam on top of the brew...

    USED Bottle Label Glue Removal

    Just getting involved in brewing. finding that the cost of bottles can ruin your day. have been collecting brewery bottles, of course after we've drained them. Havent come up with a way to take the old labels and glue off. Looking for answers/suggestions. :mug:

    Need Wedding Day Beer Toast !

    Have a wedding coming up where i will be debuting my first homebrew (a nice IPA). In early tastetests, it is very much worthy of the pomp and circumstance it is intended to celebrate. However, a sassy, smart toast is still not part of the ceremony. Any ideas?:mug:

    Adding Spice Pack to Belgian Wit Extract

    Brewing right now; we have a packet of spices that are to be added at the last 15 minutes of boil, but we did not receive a cloth bag. Can anybody tell me if we're supposed to just add to the boil and NOT put it in a cloth bag? :ban:
