My DD-50 keeps my beer cold but it kicks on every 15 minutes or so. Is this normal? I have the thermostat to 4 out of 10. I replaced the door seals less than a year ago. Any thoughts? As always, thanks for reading. Sent from my Nexus 7 using Home Brew mobile app

Kind of off topic, CharlosCarlies how do you like your B3 system? I ordered one last week. Which system did you get? Any tips to offer after 3 batches?

My last two bottles did the same thing. Really annoying! Taped the lids back together.

How was the hop utilization brewing the IPA? Just as good or better than grain bags?

That seems easy enough if you ferment in a bucket. I use a glass carboy and haven't figured a work around when I am making an IPA.

I am going to order a new system in the next two weeks. I have been comparing the Brew Magic vs the Morebeer 1550. I live pretty close to morebeer in Riverside so I could pick it up...saving me a lot of money in shipping. I was wondering why you would get the flat system vs the tippy dump...
