    Idaho Green Grolsch bottles - free

    I've got too many bottles - kegging is taking over, so I need to pare down the space a bit. I had 60+ of the green and I think gifting and breakage have it down below 50 now. Free for pick-up, probably not worth shipping but I'd do it if someone wants to pay for it. I'm in Boise.

    I'm still amazed how comforting it is...

    I'm still amazed how comforting it is to have the bubbling of an airlock in the background! Some people get little fountains or special alarm-clocks which make ocean wave sounds or whatever. Me, I have a carboy on the kitchen counter bubbling away most of the time. --Matthew

    I've been brewing for a while, but I've always been too worried about accidentally infecting my beer so I've never racked. What am I missing in my beer? What does racking provide? --Matthew

    Just found HBT -- in Boise

    I was worrying about my current brew, and found some of the best advice here. Thanks all! I've just had the second most rewarding experience in my brewing career -- I taught someone else how to brew! From helping him unpack his kit to bottling, I've had the best time. --Matthew
