    BSI Brett Drie - is this available to homebrewers yet?

    I know for a while it was for pro-brewers only. Do any other yeast companies offer this strain? Are there any strains close to this available?

    ECY11 & WLP585 similarities

    Couldn't find any info on the origin of these strains, other than ECY11 being an old Brewtek strain. I recently made a wit with ECY11 and the flavor was very familiar to me. I did a saison last fall with WLP585 that had a strikingly similar yeast character. ECY is marketing it as a Belgian White...

    Cider House Select yeast from Brewer's Best

    Anyone use this yeast? Couldn't find any info on it, but I picked up a pack from my LHBS. Picked a ton of apples and plan on making cider with it.
