    passedpawn, try this. Set your Proportional Constant to 1 (it's initial setting is 500). You should then be able to set the 't' (Cycle rate) to 1. Maybe you've already tried this, but it worked for me. drost

    SaniClean no rinse

    The 1 oz to 3 gallon rate is listed for CIP cleaning environments. For part soaking, which is what I assume most homebrewers are doing, SaniClean's rate is 2 oz per 4 gallons.

    Mash tun as a hop-back?

    I'd be worried about Lactobacillus that's left in the mash tun from the grain. Since the mash tun never gets boiled, wouldn't Lacto still be present? Just a thought, drost

    Can I save PBW water in Cornies?

    At the NHC this year, Jon Herskovits from 5 Star Chemical was asked about this....he said he doesn't recommend storing PBW in corny kegs. He's heard of people doing it without issues, but doesn't recommend it.

    The ethics of 5 gallon water cooler bottles...

    Keep in mind that if you use these bottles as fermenters, you're not really defacing them. You could potentially clean it up and return them. Now if the same thing were true for a Sanke and you weren't cutting the tops off and the could be used for the original purpose, there wouldn't be...
