    Wild Rice Mash

    I'm going to do a brew with wild rice and pilsner malt, what would be the best way to mash it? I know I should crush the wild rice and boil it to gelatinous before adding it to the mash, but can I mash that with the barley? If so, what schedule?

    Carboy not bubbling

    My carboy is not bubbling. Red ale is fermenting, not activity in the airlock after two weeks. What could be the problem?

    I'm considering bottling conditioning an ale in blue bottles. I'm not sure, however, if the blue glass will have any kind of effect on the final product, is there anything I need to be aware of?

    Pee Green Soup

    Thanks. The first of the three carboys was racked 5 days after it was brewed, and I intend to rack the second one after 12 days, the third whenever, depending on how the beer in the second carboy looks.
