Ingredients Fermentables 6.6 lb light lme 1 lb golden dme Grains 1 lb crystal 40l 8 oz victory Hops bittering 2 oz cascade aa 7.9% 1 oz Columbus aa 14.2% hops Aroma 5 min 1 oz cascade aa 7.5% Yeast Sachet

I am making a brewers best kit of IPA and it says to start with 2.5 gals I would like to use 5 gals the bittering hops are 2 oz cascade 7.9% and 1 oz columbus 14.2% the aroma hops 1 oz cascade 7.5%. I would like to know the math for I can adjust. :mug:

I am geting ready to brew my 2nd extract batch and like to know how much water to start with the instruction says 2.5 gals I have hear it is better to start with 5 gals :ban:
