    Brown Carboy

    I'm a bit of a noob so excuse me if this is a dumb question. Does anyone make a brown carboy to keep out light during secondary fermentation. If not, why not? This seems like it would be easier than wrapping a towel around mine every time I move it or look at it.

    Conditioning with Honey and Brown Sugar

    I recently brewed a honey weizen and the recipe calls for adding honey and brown sugar to bottle condition. What effect if any would it have if I just added the usual corn sugar?
