Question.
How much whole rice could I mash with 1.5 kg base pale malt (2row).
Doing a light lager so would like to add rice as much as possble.

It is recommended to use 3/4 of cup to prime 5gal US of beer.
I also read that 8g per litre is also the recommend primimg rate.
8g by 19 litres is 152 grams.
When I weight out 152 grams of dextrose that came to 1.5 cups(UK)?
That's twice the recommend 3/4 cup!
If I use the 8g per litre...

I'm doing a lager and have done 7 days primary and coming up 7 days secondary. It's doing one bubble a minute.
The wort is very clear and not much activity on the surface.
Fermentation is at 16C in basement.
I'm planning to lager in frig after the secondary.
Question. Should I rack now...
