Been a minute since I've had time to brew but got it done today with a small batch pilsner. Used Weyermann Eraclea for the first time. Have heard good things about it. Mount Hood and Hallertau Mittelfruh hops and S-23.
HB smoked porter. Made it for my family members 65th birthday. About 35% grain bill is smoked malt, so definitely smokey. For me color could be better, but taste it great. Cheers
