    Water Temp for AG question

    I added grain, stirred and thought I had my temp around 155, recipie calls for 152. Its about 10 mins until it should be done and the temp is still hovering around 155 - 156 degrees F. Is this ok, or will the higher temp screw me up?

    Cooling a full boil without wort chiller

    Ideas? I have about 6 liter bottles of water in the freezer for ice blocks. I figure I would water bath the kettle and run the garden hose in the bath, so it refreshes with cool water. I would then santize the outside of the ice bottles and drop them directly in the wort to bring down to the...

    Gushers!!!

    Just cracked one of my IPA's at room temp and it's a gusher. They have been bottle conditioning in my closet for about 3 weeks now. After the gusher, I threw them all in the fridge. Any hope for fixing the gushing or do I just have to deal with it now?
