I just smacked a packet of Wyeast 1084. Do you think 10-12 hours will be enough for it to activate properly? I'm hoping to brew tonite after the kids go to bed (10 hours or so from now). I'll brew a red ale tonite, and pitch a stout on the yeast cake when the red is done. Woohoo!
