For the last 6 years I have been brewing with my wife's family at a "brew your own" shop. After running through all the recipies they offer and being poor; 2 years ago I started to put together the equiptment to brew at home. Well short of a propane tank. Am I crazy?

1st I am a LP brewer but I have always been intrigued by E-brewing. While I was retrofitting my bathroom fan for one out of a old microwave got me thinking what to do with a perfectly good transformer and magnetron, after all my wife heats up water for tea every morning. Triple SMASH Brew

Last night I was enjoying a nice year old stout, when an idea hit me. (More than likely not a new idea) and I thought I would weigh in on the experts. Would these scenarios have the same flavor profile, an benefit of doing it one way vs. another besides the additional work? Three SMASHs...

Thanks for infecting me with the brewing disease

Hello, I am officially starting my brewing hobby as of today. Although for the last 3 years I have been extract brewing at a commercial establishment (if that counts) and have been making wine for the last 15 years (WOW has it been that long) anyway I came across this website a couple months...
