    Show us your Kegerator

I wanted the panel to be very lightweight, because the hinge that supports it is attached to the thin inside sheetmetal and it is cantilevered out. I made it out of fiberglass over foam, much like a surfboard. I glued foam sheets together with balsa reinforcement in the faucet and hinge area...

    Show us your Kegerator

My kegerator is in the garage in Florida, don't want my beer sitting in the faucets going bad and bugs getting in, so I built mine with the taps inside. Standup freezer holds 5 cornys on the bottom, 3 on top. Fiberglass-over-foam panel with taps hinges out for access. Dual pressure manifolds.

    kegged beer won't carbonate

Brew Like a Monk says 3-4 volumes, and I know that the bottle conditioned golden and tripels that I have made to that level were much better than keg/bottled beer at lower carbonation. At my kegorator temp of about 44F, that requires something in the neighborhood of 30 PSI. I have run 3/16 lines...

quad ring for regulator stem replacement?

Quad rings are made to fit in the same grooves as O rings. The quad ring may work better, but O ring works fine. Use the same O ring that fits on ball lock post. The trick is to remove the center spud of the regulator inlet using an Allen wrench. It has a taper on it to hold the ring in place...

    kegged beer won't carbonate

Thanks, all. Leak is not the issue, because I checked the pressure actually in the keg using the second gage attached to the in tube (removed the gas line and put gage in its place). I use a 5' 3/16" line, and maybe that is too short. Big head, lots of gas when I pour, but maybe I just lose it...

    kegged beer won't carbonate

I have a golden ale that has been in the keg at 30 PSI and 45 degrees for about three weeks, and it is nearly flat. It pours with a very nice head but then there is almost no carbonation in the beer as I drink it. Others who have tried it agree. I have other kegs on a secondary in the same...

    right hand left hand adapter

Looking again, the text on the labels of the two regulators is not quite the same: the one with left hand threads says: primary reg..max 2600 PSI, etc..857-A, style PL-60. The other says max 500 PSI and P-60 and has right hand threads. It was given to me mounted on a regular bottle and I have...

    right hand left hand adapter

I have two Corny regulators, same p/n, but one has right hand thread high pressure ports and the other has left hand. I want to hook them together to have dual pressure outlets, but can't find an adapter. Any suggestions?
