    Just popped open my first all grain brew. A simcoe/ Amerillo IPA. A nice clean floral hop aroma and very clear beer. Only 2 weeks since bottling and already a 1.5" head when pouring and consistent .25" head throughout drinking the beer. I am so proud of myself :rockin: . No going back...
