    Overly sweet flavor

    I have a keg of honey blonde ale that seems overly sweet. Could this be balanced out or toned down a bit by dry hopping in the keg for a week or so? Thanks D

    Honey as a sugar?

    Can honey be added as a sugar before, during or after primary fermentation to increase alcohol as in making a dubbel? If so what would be the best procedure and time to add? Thanks D
