Are you talking about the crossboards on the bottom? There's no brackets anywhere, the whole thing is held together with 2 1/2" deck screws. For the flat boards on the floor they're just angled in. It should be plenty strong to support casters I would think.

It's not the fanciest, but I put this together in a few hours this afternoon. Lowe's didn't have maple so it's 4x red oak sealed with mineral oil.

It's inside the box. The fridge is an old style with the cooling coils on the back, so I didn't have to worry about heat build up.

I don't know why one looks longer than the other. Must be something funky with my cellphone camera. They're both 12" inches tall. The chalkboard piece is 2" x 2 1/2". Here's a better picture.

It's not the greatest picture in the world, but here are the chalkboard handles I just finished. They're a little long for my tower, so I've got to do a little adjusting to make them fit right. Measure twice, cut once, right?

Academy Sports sells just about any size you could want. I've seen anything from 30qt to 20 gallon aluminum pots there.

My experience has been that the orange caps will fit, the red caps will not.

An orange carboy cap with a 1/2" hose will fit a Better Bottle.

I'll take mine down to 39ish when I cold crash, but it takes a couple of days to get that low and I don't leave it there for more than another few days. But I will say I've got 2 inches of rigid foam all around in there, all the seams are caulked and taped up and a gasket around the door, so...

I thought about it, but remounting the hinges and dealing with getting a good seal ended up being more trouble than I thought it was worth.

The legs came off of a folding table, yep. I had to extend them a little so they'd be high enough, but other wise they worked perfectly.

Looks good. Mine is very similar, but I put a counter on top so I could have a place to work off of. And so it looked enough like a piece of furniture that SWMBO wouldn't mind it being in the house as much. :)

I don't know if this will help you or not, but here's a shot of my portable gravity system. I couldn't tell you the exact measurements, but the top shelf sits well below my shoulders.
