    Comet and Belma hopped IPA

This looks like a very solid and original recipe. Is the Belma strong enough aroma-wise to do a 100% dry hop with?

Heady Topper- Can you clone it?

The one element that makes Heady Topper SO UNIQUE is a smooth dankness that hits the mid-palette. It's in the aroma as well. All the tropical/citrus/pine elements are secondary to that IMO as far as what greets you. The only explanation for that I can come up with (cause NONE of those hops...

What Size Growler Do You Prefer?

I have to say I agree 100%. The flip-top growlers we'd offer will be a bit more than a typical 64oz screw top, but we're talking like $5.

What Size Growler Do You Prefer?

Here's the thing: the 2-liter flip-top growler I want won't be available until months after we're operational. So I'm thinking I'll get the 1-liter flip-top now and then can see if the demand is there for the 2-liter down the road. I really want to stick to flip-tops, I like them MUCH better...

What Size Growler Do You Prefer?

    Hill Farmstead Edward Hop Schedule

Edward is really a sensational beer. I think yeast if very key to this beer, what do they use?

    Seeking pro brewer advice.

If you want to get in a place as fast as possible work for free. It might take months before you prove your worth and they can afford to hire you (or have an opening) but you'll be getting the education you seek at least. It might mean moving back in with the folks, but this will be the quickest...
