    Well That Was Dumb...

Ok so then I suppose my question is now, can I re-pitch my washed yeast I took from the primary?

How to build a 5 gal, 110v eBIAB kettle

Awesome thanks! Also I just got my pvc fittings and elements, my 1" threaded coupling will not fit over the black part of the elements, did you use threaded/slip fittings? or threaded all the way through?

    Well That Was Dumb...

I've used a hydrometer calibrated at 59F with 59F sample as well as a refractometer that has an SG scale.

    Well That Was Dumb...

Yep, my target with this last batch was 1.055 and I hit 1.054 It stays at 65-68F at all times. Used very little crystals. BeerSmith has my target FG at 1.010-1.018 and I'm at 1.033. Mashed at 152F BTW Where a bouts in STL are you? I lived there for 15 years before moving out here to CO

    Well That Was Dumb...

One batch was muntons dry yeast, one was safale dry yeast, and one was liquid wyeast

    Well That Was Dumb...

The last three batches I've made have all come out to about 3% ABV, about half of what each should have ended up. I've done an extract with specialty grains, mash-tun batch sparge all grain, and a BIAB full volume mash. I've used a muntons dry yeast, s-o5, and wyeast 1056. Each and every one...

I'd still like to see the controller in detail if possible, ordering everything to make this setup today.

What would happen if you used a beergun to bottle off of your nitrogen system?

    BeerAlchemy 2

Oh I see now. Ya I don't know if it's worth another $15 to upgrade my mac version.

    BeerAlchemy 2

    BeerAlchemy 2

I've got 1.8.23 and it's telling me my software is up to date. How did you get 2.0?

    co2 Manifold QD's

Midwest CO2 Quick Coupler I wonder if these are any better as they are sold by a homebrew supplier. I'm willing to spend the cash for some nicer ones as long as they actually work. Anyone have any experience with these? Maybe I'll buy a set and test them out.

    co2 Manifold QD's

Awesome that's exactly what I'm looking for. I'd use the QD's for my gas lines and the flare disconnects for the beer lines.

    co2 Manifold QD's

I'm working on my kegerator/keezer that is going to hold 6 kegs. 1 is going to be on nitro and the other 5 on co2. I have a dual body co2 regulator so I can have kegs carbonating and serving at the same time. I intend on having a 5 way distributor from my co2 tank for serving pressure and a 2...

    Easy Homemade Secondary Regulator

Ya that's kinda what I figured, oh well worth a shot.

    Easy Homemade Secondary Regulator

Ya that's the way I see it. I just looked though, and it seems the max pressure for the body is 300psi. So I guess my question is, if there are four will it hold 1200psi? Or is 300psi still the max? Wouldn't that be too much for the ~800psi in my co2 tank?

    Easy Homemade Secondary Regulator

If I wanted a set up like the one pictured above, could I also add a high pressure gauge to one end and a high pressure hose from the other end to the tank? Something like this http://www.kegkits.com/Merchant2/merchant.mvc?Screen=PROD&Product_Code=JO60-H4-K4H4BC&Category_Code=WMReg-4
