Wow Now That's A Light Beer

I'm wanting to make this but I can't find hopped DME. I'm getting confused on the hop schedule with unhopped DME. Can someone explain?

Need a recipe with these leftovers

This is my first time trying to make a recipe so I appreciate all the input you have given me. I'm wanting something not too bitter so this is what I'm thinking. 4lbs Light DME 1lb Munich LME 1lb Crystal 10L 1oz Special Roast 1oz Tettnanger 60min 1oz Tettnanger 30min 1oz Willamette 5 or...

Need a recipe with these leftovers

With the 3 hops I have wouldn't the simcoe be the best choice for bittering since the AA are up to 3x higher than the the other 2?

Not sure y I should use an aroma hop for bittering and a bittering hop for aroma.

Need a recipe with these leftovers

I haven't tried enough different beers to say I prefer on style over another. What I have read about the flavor profiles of the different yeasts I'm thinking the 1272 would be more what I prefer. That's the first I've seen of that website. I'm glad you told me about it.

Are you suggesting using all the LME and DME and all 2 lbs of the Crystal? That seems like a lot but I'm still fairly new at this. Which yeast would be better? I'm thinking probably the 1272.

Blonde Ale Simple Blonde Ale (Extract)

"Place 3 gallons of cool water in brewpot and bring to 150 F. Put steeping grains in bag and steep for 1 hour." That seems like a lot of water for the amount of grain and a long steep time. That being said, I'm still a "beginner" brewer and made it this today. I overshot my temp and it got up...

    Free (for most) Newcastle Glass.

I just got my first one on saturday. It could be my wishful thinking but I believe that it makes the beer better than from when I was drinking out of a straight glass.

    Hop cones disappeared

All the cones were gone from about 5'-11'. Those heights are a rough guess. The cones were only about the size of a pea, if that big.
