    How to salvage my flat uncarbed beer...

    after 6 weeks in the primary I bottled my brown ale. it's about 6% abv and quite tasty, but flat, flat, flat. I've stirred the bottles and they are @ 72 degrees.... 5 weeks after bottling I dropped some muttons carb tabs into a grolsh bottle and waited three or four more weeks... nada...

    this is so awesome i could cry!

    I just bottled my Wee Heavy after 95 days in the secondary! it taste awesome! brewed on April 29 SG 1.100 FG 1.018!!:ban: bottled 28 22 oz and 2 12 oz bottles and drank a pint! :ban: started with 5.5 gallons! :ban::tank: thanks to THIS board for everything! :mug:

    still flat after 3.5 weeks...

    After 5.5 weeks I'm getting fruit flies in my airlock..

    6 gallon batch of apfelwein near completion, is attracting fruit flies and they are committing suicide in the Star San in the 3 piece air lock..... Should I clean 'em out or just leave 'em in there for another week or two....
