    Help please

    I had a problem with my burner in the middle of my boil and had to switch to my stove top. I cannot get my wort chiller in to sanitize it for last 15 min of boil.(hood fan) My question is can I just spray the chiller down with iodophor or will there be an undesireable reaction with the copper?     This is probably a stupid question, but how do you regulate the temp. on a chest freezer to use it for kegs?
