I have made several batches with Barons kits in Canada. They all have to go from a primary (bucket) 5-6 days to the carboy with the airlock (2 weeks) Then they are ready for bottling. I was advised to use the same procedure with the Coopers kit by the sales person. so it is in the car boy...
