    Frozen Lager

    It's been in the primary at 50 to 55 deg F for 7 days (per the recipe) already and then I racked to secondary. Shouldn't most of the fermentation be over with already? I forgot the stick...but maybe I should sumbit a similar idea to Ben & Jerry's:D

    You shoud consider yourself lucky to have a garage to brew in, let alone a dedicated room when you get your new house. I've got everything crammed into the closet of my apartment where the washer and dryer are supposed to go! Good luck with your stand Dude.
