    LHBS - Oak Lawn IL Area

    Dry Hopping

    How long should you leave hops in during dry hopping? Is there a general rule that they should only be in there a week or two? What happens if you leave them in there for three or four weeks in the secondary?

    Greetings from Chicago IL

    IPA's

    I'm looking to brew up an IPA that has that hoppy flavor like a Dog Fish Head 90 minute, Three Floyds or Double Dog. Anyone have any extract recipes for these types of beers?
