    This should be more than adequate. Two vials into 5 gallons of wort around 1.060 SG should be just fine. a starter would be more important if you only had one vial.

    If your house has forced air heating, just put the bottles/cases next to a forced air floor vent and put some blankets over the bottles/cases such that it also sort of covers the vent.     A co-worker just gave me his complete turkey fryer set up which includes the burner and 7.5 gallon aluminum pot. He told me that he only used it once to deep fry a turkey. I'm wondering if I should buy a new pot or if I can clean the used one enough to use for beer. I am a bit worried about...
