    Induction burner problem

    My induction burner kicks on for a couple seconds, then off for a couple seconds, then back on for a couple seconds, etc etc. Not getting any error messages on the display. Anyone else have a similar problem and have a solution? Maybe some kind of sensor went? It's a 3500w bon chef 12085.

    1 oz hops in volume?

    I bought bulk pellet hops but I don't have a digital scale yet. I want to brew today so does anyone know another way to measure? I know it won't be exact but it should be close enough. My guess is 1 oz of pellets should be close to 1/4 cup but I would like a better estimate. Thanks. -kevin

    Is my initial sanitization pointless?

    My current process for kegs & fermenters after use are as follows: Oxyclean soak & drain Star San soak & drain Storage until needed Star San soak & drain Use Repeat So, since I am sanitizing before I use them anyway is the pre-storage sanitizing pointless?
