    keg beer too foamy

i used 1/3 cup of corn sugar instead of the 2/3 i used for bottling

    keg beer too foamy

but i should cool it without having the co2 hooked up right?

    keg beer too foamy

thats what i was wondering.. i didnt know if the natural carbing could overcarb it.. so i took the co2 off of it and am gonna let the pressure off everyonce in a while the whole time its cooling, see if that will work

    keg beer too foamy

i just put my belgian wit in the kegerator.. it fermented for 2 weeks then sat in the keg natural carbonating for two weeks... i put it in the fridge and released the pressure and put it up to 5psi.. now all i get is foam when i pull the handle.. is that because the beer is still at room temp...

    Tastes like. . . rubber :(

yeah,, definately let it sit.. my first batch was in the bottles for 3 weeks when i decided to have one.. tasted horrible. let it wait another week or two and then let it sit in the fridge for another week,, tried them after that and they were freakin awesome... you can never judge your beer...

  17. M

    flavor???

thats what i was hoping and thinking.. shouldnt be a problem.. when i first started brewing that all i liked was wheat beers... but after i started brewing, i started drinking more styles of beer. and only drinking craft beers and imports and have found that im a lover of amber ales and brown...
  18. M

    flavor???

the last two batches that i have brewed.. both have unhopped extract kits... one was a honey wheat beer and the other a belgian wit. the honey wheat when first opened after 2 weeks in the bottle had a strong banana taste.. after leaving them another 3 weeks the taste is so faint but is still...
