    I just finished drinking a batch of Pumpkin Wheat that I brewed a few weeks ago. Basically it's a dunkleweizen extract recipe with four of the 29 oz cans of Libby's pumpkin and a pumpkin spice pack from AHS. Turned out really good!     BREWER'S BEST Oktoberfest Question

    This kit was my first brew about 4 months ago, it turned out good. I will say it had a bit of an aftertaste after 3 weeks in the bottle, almost salty, but that faded as the beer aged a few more weeks. Definitely one I would do again. Cheers, Brian

    Tomato pie, yes. Thick, soft bread with a thick layer of homemade sauce and lots of garlic and olive oil, served cold like cake. Now you are speaking my language! Chicken riggies--no idea, but I bet it's good.

    Scrapple beer...yummm. I actually just made scrapple 2 nights ago, it is one of my favorite breakfast foods that is good at any time of the day.     Brewery names--what's your story?

    Rigid Rotor is a very cool name, and a cool emblem IMO. My brewery name is Sullen Cross Brewing, after my Great grandfather who was know to drink too much and be "sullen and cross" at times. I have yet to create an emblem. Cheers, Brian
