Just wondering if anybody had a recipe for the Puerto Rican beer Medalla Light? It's a light beer that doesn't taste like a light beer and in fact it has won some awards...it's really quite good. Anyway, my girlfriend doesn't much care for homebrews so I was wanting to make her a Medalla...

I bottled with a mixture of brown bottles and Grolsch swingtops (they're green)...the black dots were in one of the Grolsch bottles.

Thanks for the responses. Yooper, it was a brand new bucket but it had some dust and a stray dog hair in it which is why I rinsed it out...so that 's what has me worried. And chemist, your right about that, I won't make that mistake again...the stupid thing is I'm a freak about...
