    Thanks for the reply, indeed the sine wave is sculptured. If brewtech is using SSR and not SVR then that is really marketing from them to say they control the voltage and have steady heating...not on/off I also saw that auber has a SVR that can be controlled via a 0V-5V instead of rheostat...
