    1/2" motorized SS ball valves

    I have 12 of these stainless 24 volt Belimo ball valves. 1/2" thread. Any one looking to automate there setup this would be great. They run about $110 each everywhere else. I'll let them go for $500 for all 12. Brand new never used.

    Yes. Two pieces of drainage tube from home depot and goes right to a sump pump with floats. Makes life so much easier.

    Here is old faithful. 1 bbl stout set up with herms. Gas fired and works awesome. Hopefully upgrading to semi automated controls.
