    Thank you for all that information, I will try your way and hopefully will get better bear tks again. You say purge line what exactly do you mean, is it degas the keg or from the regulator ?

    The keg is not full to to gas spout/post, just below about 2 inches.

    Yes I put it on gas and haven't taken it off gas. How long would you keep on gas and what psi would you use ?
