    The OG was 1.061 as measured by my hydrometer (at room temp) I use the SS Brewtech 1V BIAB which has a temp controller and I also used a thermo pen - so fairly confident it stayed in that range (although I have noticed some issues with wandering temps and the BIAB bag on the thermometer)

    This is a pressure fermenter - however, I'm just using a blowoff tube on this fermentation. I can very easily seal and swirl I suppose though? Yes definitely need them to drop for the floating dip tube - it's so annoying when it gets clogged. Will do a cold crash which generally gets everything...

    I recently dry hopped my latest batch with 100g of dry hops. The pellets have now expanded and are floating on the top. Should I try to swirl them back into solution, or given that they are wet I can assume the oils will get into the rest of the beer?
