    I didn’t find it acidic at all. In fact I do a similar one the strawberry jam and strawberry ribena. I prefer flat cider so always sweeten afterwards.

    This is just hydrogen sulphide from the fermentation. It will go and is nothing to worry about.

    I picked up some great tips from this forum. Going to ditch the kits and just use my press. The only thing I will invest in is an apple pulper as the food processor method for pulping is a long winded way of doing things.
